All Purpose Contractors (APC) is a family-owned LLC, owned by Brad and Kelsey Schechinger since 2012.

 Brad is a Shelby county native with extensive tree care and contracting background. While his wife Kelsey originates from Poweshiek county where her family has owned and operated Sheets Excavating, in Montezuma, for more than two decades.
